Public Education 101 is a back-to-basics awareness campaign designed to help communities better understand the role and progress of public education. Polls, the media, and some school bond election results suggest that support of public education is declining despite the fact that America is doing a better job today educating more students. Clearly, our societal expectations are higher than our advances and achievements. Modeled after An Inconvenient Truth, we will provide extensive training in education policy and storytelling to local ambassadors who will then present the candid, fact-based, media-rich, and interactive materials in their own communities.

Public Education 101 is designed to build a greater understanding of both the education eco-system and the distinct roles we each must play (including parents and community) to achieve academic success.
